Mold cooling : 1 hour followed by 1 hour of air-cooling for large castings.

Sand Plant

Titan (Sinto Japan) make fully automatic sand plants with 30MT / hour capacity
Addtions of Additives and Moisture Content Controlled by PLC Control.
To Control the Dead Clay and Temperature of the sand, Dust extraction unit and sand cooler is installed.
On Line Sand Testing Unit to Control Sand Properties.
Pitless Sand Plant
0% Sand Spillage.

Melting Department

Inductotherm make Tritake induction furnaces, each of 500 Kg. capacity.
Total connected power supply is 1600 KVA.
Ductile Iron treatment by sandwich method, Tretment of 500 Kg. Liquid Metal. Pouring within stipulated time period.
Pouring done with 270 Kg. Pouring ladle, ladle handler by monorail system.

Core Making

PLC controlled Cold Box Core Shooters.
Pneumatic sand transporter and PLC controlled binder dosing units.
Core painting and baking ovens with trolley storage
